These terms govern the use of our document management software and related services. They apply to all customers who manage digital publications, corporate archives, or workflow solutions through our platform.
We provide cloud-based software for managing digital documents, publications, and corporate archives. The scope of services includes automated versioning, workflow control, audit-proof storage, and secure storage of your content. The specific functions depend on the service package you have booked and are individually defined in the contractual relationship.
You are responsible for the lawful use of the platform and ensure that all documents and content you upload do not infringe the rights of third parties. Access credentials must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons. We point out that, as a user, you bear sole responsibility for the accuracy and currency of your documents.
We strive to ensure high availability of the platform. We will notify you in advance by email of any scheduled maintenance that may affect accessibility. However, complete availability at all times cannot be guaranteed. Claims for damages due to temporary unavailability are excluded, unless they result from intent or gross negligence.
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only insofar as essential contractual obligations are breached. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We recommend that you regularly create your own backup copies of your documents.
The contract term is based on the duration agreed in the respective offer. Unless otherwise agreed, the contract automatically renews for the same period unless terminated in due time. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected. After the end of the contractual relationship, you have the option to fully export your documents within 30 days.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms of use if necessary to reflect new features, legal requirements, or technical developments. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object to the change within this period, the new version is deemed accepted.
