Definition of the Scope of ServicesDocument management includes the electronic filing, versioning, and archiving of corporate documents. Individual programming services are not included and are agreed upon separately. Data Protection and Storage LocationsAll documents are stored in data centers within Austria. No transfer to third countries takes place. For details, please refer to our privacy policy. User ResponsibilitiesMaintaining permissions and complying with internal approval processes are the responsibility of your company. We provide the technical tools for this. Availability and MaintenanceScheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. The contractually guaranteed availability is 99.5% on an annual average.
